If you're in ranked above tier X, it'll record them automatically. Use console commands and matchid to replay them.
If you're not in ranked above tier X, you need someone to spectate the match, which requires more console commands.

Refer to paladinsacademy for instructions. The feature is very, very unstable. It's better to record matches with shadowplay or something instead.
