best tank killer?

I know that should be % of max hp... but which champion does it the best? I am talking about 2x tank setup.

Tyra and Drogoz, one has damage boosts and agressive damage skills and the other works as a nuker with high base damage and powerfull AOE attacks, both have tank destroyer ultimates and are charged fairly easily.

Tyra's fire bomb goes through shields, using the talent for fire bomb against tanks is a good idea, it will also cripple them so they won't be able to use dashes or things like that, drogoz with Fusillade talent can be pretty good too, make sure to land your rockets on the tanks directly for maximum effectivness, bomb king with demolition talent can destroy any shield with a grumpy bomb, or you could just use chain reaction talent and stack as much bombs on tanks and they'll be instantly dead, vivian with sapper rounds talent can destroy shields and kill tanks ez pz, and dredge with his broadside/harpoons you could just screw tanks up plus force others to stay away from areas cuz his broadside can kill any champion other than tanks with 3 hits :)

no i said what i meant. too many people stand around shooting FLs that are being healed, but they never bother trying to kill the healer first or at least push them back to make th FL vulnerable. the point of the post is to ask how to best kill FL and you asked if meant to say the best way to kill a FL is to kill the FL before you kill the FL? Why try to put words in peoples mouths if they dont even make sense?

oh, I'm salty about it haha to many times my team ignores a streaking enemy healer despite us having 2 flanks, and too many time I win easy because enemy team ignores me streaking hard. watching an entire team shooting at a tank for over 20k damage without killing it hilarious but awful

Moji is the most toxic, cancerrous, and disgusting tank killer that ever existed.
i've had death threats, Rage PMs during the match. only when i use Moji. the % ult per magic mark, 45% card. planning, i ult the tank an average of 3 to 6 times PER ROUND. granted a good damage can melt tanks. but theres something psychological about eating an Ash in her ult field, a makoa who forgot CC imunnity on.

Actually once ulted Ash mid-air as she was goinna jump - Stun legendary me. and it turned her into a cookie and she fell in my belly (made contact).
