Go to \steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\ChaosGame\Config
There open file DefaultSystemSettings
In this file find FloatingPointRenderTargets=True
Change True to False and save it.

i have same problem.
I got the solution in one week haha
just uninstall all ur nvidia driver. sound, grapich and other
and install 417.35 nvidia driver. ^^

Try this :
go to "Paladins\Binaries\Win32" and change HirezBridge.exe and Paladins.exe to always execute as admin.
Disable integrated gpu.
