At the highest level, Kinessa. But usually, at basically any tier but the most elite of players, Strix.

The obvious answer is grover, but that was not the question.

Strix is flank destroyer, Kinessa is front destroyer. Choose best on your preference of targets.

I used to play Kinessa, but I've been using Strix recently. If you know how to quickscope and twitch shoot, you can deal out a lot more damage than Kinessa ever can, at least that is what it feels like.
