this is just a copypasta of a email after a painful prosses of trying diffrent things the devs said to do and the one i put here is the one that finaly worked. i made this because people were asking me how i fixed mine becasue of my old post.

The Email

Several things may have caused the error.

The steps below ask you to make sure that various things are updated and properly installed.

Direct X:
follow the instructions on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx

.Net Framework:
Go to this page for the latest .Net Framework
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55170

Your Video Card Drivers:
This page depends on the video card you have.

and

Visual C++:
Let's try removing the C++ redist files, and then reinstalling them to get rid of any corruption.

1. In Windows, go to: Control Panel > Uninstall a Program

2. Right click and uninstall the following items:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x64)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x86)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x64)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x64)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x86)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable

3. Now re download and install the following:
C++ 2015 x64/86
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

C++ 2013 x64/86
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3179560/update-for-visual-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package

Once there scroll down and select the proper region to make sure you're downloading the proper one, do this for both x64 and x86 versions

C++ 2012 x64/x32
http://www.standaloneofflineinstallers.com/2015/12/Microsoft-Visual-C-Redistributable-2015-2013-2012-2010-2008-2005-32-bit-x86-64-bit-x64-Standalone-Offline-Installer-for-Windows.html

Once there please make sure to download both x64 and x86 versions.
