Can't recover Hi-Rez account via resetting password through email.

I've been trying to recover my account through Hi-Rez website, and they said my password has been reset and will send a link to my email. For some reason I do not recieve any email from them. Anyone having this problem? feelsbadman..

Did you check junk or spam folders on your email? I had message from them in spam. Using google email

Apparently if you have unchecked the box for receiving the Hi-Rez newsletter you cannot get the password reset email.

Where do we go to "check" the box for the newsletter?? And If we do that, will we be able to do the request for a reset and actually get an email?? This has been ridiculous trying to get access to our own accounts and Hi-Rez has not done a thing to help and just email us the link (regardless of us opting out of getting their newsletter) ... we want our accounts unlocked . PLEASE HELP ... WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?

Can't you use your steam account to login? I've used Steam and Twitch linked accounts to login to my hi-rez account.

Yeah same here, but luckily my nintendo id and steam account are connected to it, so that's good, I've already tried getting Hi-Rez to send me an email to verify with the Gmail I had attached to it and so far no response from them.
