Is Furia a reference to Goku ?

I noticed that Furia's speech at the begining of the match follows the same pattern as Goku's super saiyan speech, and her defaut emote looks like DB's character powering up,
and I also noticed that one of her leged look like a DB character when they're being incinerated by Ki wave.

Is Furia a reference to Goku ? If so, I'm really glad I can enjoy playing as her.
