as tank, maybe inara:high damage resistance,so you can do something wrong and don't die
as healer,jenos/seris
Damage : Tyra, Vivian (Just keep shooting)
Flank : Lex(Speed+Poke+Slideout+Profit), Zhin(If you really bad Aim)
Support : Seris, Jenos(Can Heal without go to team fight)
Moji and Lex for flank
Fernando and Inara for Tank
Jenos and Grover for healer
Welcome to the game!
inara is defently not a Tank for beginner, currently she has the highest skillcap amongst all tanks
beginner friendly tanks are Barik torvald and Nando
Barik and nando have a higher Skill ceeling overall but you can pick them when you are new and cant do much wrong
Tyra or Vivian for damage
Moji for flank
Seris and Jenos for support
ok,maybe she isn't the easiest tank...
Agreed; I'm really not sure why so many people think she's a beginner-friendly front. She has next to no mobility, and her deployables require pretty smart placement to actually be effective rather than simply frustrating—and frustrating for teammates when she uses her walls. I've had some great games as Inara, but I'd recommend someone like Nando or Ruckus to new players.
EDIT: To answer your question, OP, for each class, I'd recommend the following:
Front: Fernando and Ruckus
Support: Jenos. Seris is very good, but not incredibly beginner-friendly imo.
Damage: Viktor is probably the easiest damage to play. Tyra is good, but less mobile.
Flank: Talus and Lex. Some people may disagree with me here, but Talus has a good fallback with his rune, and Lex's slide cooldown is pretty useful in escaping bad situations.
Also, a note with flanks: Evie is very, very good in the right hands, but I wouldn't recommend her to a beginner because it's incredibly difficult to learn how to play her properly. On the other hand, playing her taught me a great deal about how to play other champions (i.e., when to back down, when to harass, useful cover locations, etc.), so it may be beneficial for you to play her just because doing so can be punishing but also very rewarding when you're finally able to do well with her.
If you like healing, I believe there's Seris. And Im pretty sure there are a couple other champions from the Flank and Tank catergories. If you don't have a fixed game style in mind already, I suppose all I can suggest is simply give all the starters a shot for a couple games (maybe some training matches against AI first if you want/need too) and see what works.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck
