I would say Frontliner
1st . Damager because if you team have bad damage. your team got 90% lose.

2nd. Frontline. If you have bad skill or not have frontline. you team will get hard work. most of time you will lose because bad pair frontliners.

3rd. Support. like team's buff. at least you need 1 of support in you team.

4th. Flanker.
frontline or damage. only so much damage can do tho if your fl is ♥♥♥♥

try win a comp without a healer xd. a support can deal a lot of damage plus heals(damba), but a damage can only deal damage no heal, so thats why most valuable role is supports, hands down.
tank all the way support id say last what with champions they adding can now heal them selfs in some cases

The most importat role is the role of teamwork and watching out for your teammates.

I've played quite a lot of games without Support, which we won. So no, not really. Without Front Line or Damage though, are harder to win the game.

if ur team and enemy team are on same skill level and one team has a healer and other team does not then the team with healer has a advantage of winning

I get your point and I dont deny Support's importance but it is hard to replicate "same skill". Try one team has a front line and other team does not doesn't it theoritically the same.
damage because you can kill enemy team and self heal yourself with cards and stuff
