Kamivs is a talking head usually.
Jayflare only talks about the AoC, but never says anything relevant or useful (guys, I can't tell you yet, but I knoooow you're gonna love it!).
Z1 doesn't really talk anymore, but he broadcasts quite high level gameplay. If you can get on his chat while he's playing, he'll sometimes dispense some actual knowledge and explanations while he's playing.
Vex has a channel where he talks about stuff for real, but it's primarily supports and how to use them, but he comes at everything from the PPL mittens league 'pro' angle, so it's not all that relevant in the real game, but lots of it's useful.
You might want to check out twitch too. iDodge steams scrims regularly. There's a lot of pro and semi pro players on there.
