Champion pack purchased but did not receive champions

I purchased the champion pack yesterday morning but did not receive any of the champions. I have relogged the client several times with nothing. I emailed Hi Rez customer support but have read that it can take up to two weeks for a response. Has anyone else had this issue?

I was just googling around to see if anyone had issues. I saw several saying that it took 10 or more business days to get a response, but once the response was received the issue was handled quickly.
