Is this game dying already?

I see 20k people playing which is a lot and obviously it will never reach overwatch population of millions but i browse the forums and see people complaining about "population low" and "ranked sucks" etc. so is it dying already.... in beta?

People say a game is dying no matter what happens, back when tf2 got updated on the regular, folks were saying it was dead/dying. Every game has bad updates, and folks love to blow thing out of proportion, Paladins is no different.

20000 is dying? 10 players = 1 full lobby; 100 players = 10 full lobbies; 1000 players = 100 full lobbies; 10000 players = 1000 full lobbies
20000 is only sometimes, i see 30000-40000 players most of the times, and 10000 but only in the worst hours/days (sunday night, weekend nights) and others thousands of people play the game outside steam (the majority played in steam only for the barik skin)

You wanna talk about dead games, lawbreakers peak players is 7k and paladins last hour peak is 10k. Pretty much explains itself.

Also, Gigantic is not looking too good on steam but they have their own launcher

overwatch has no overkill champion like paladin,ppl just dun like dying too fast,thts why many dicide to quit n back to overwatch

What? Overwatch has lower TTK and a lot of the ult is instakill. Many hero can 2-3 shot.

Overwatch has no overkill champions....
have you even tried overwatch ? cause my experience told me Overwatch has many gimmicks to make killing easier (not talking about hitboxes but instakill "skill" and instakill Ult)

People need to stop riding Overwatch's ♥♥♥♥. If every other game is so inferior, why must you point it out? Insecurity because there are other decent games out there?
