Right now many players experience some shenanigans with the fps so it's rather a bigger issue to look into. Even people at Hi-rez were losing a lot of fps while the patch preview.

Yes, this is tied to the framerate to some extent. It shows how long it takes to process data to render the frames.

I'd like to see the pkt/loss when you press f9, other games running on UR - Engine have it too (C:MW for example)

In short? get a faster PC

Something you can do, enter this command in chat during a match, it will show you more detailed stats.

/stat unit

the thing is, my ms was always around 10 but today it randomly increased and now I have bad fps. Sucks
According to google.

In online multiplayer video games, ping refers to the network latency between a player's client and the game server. Ping is reported quantitatively as an average time in milliseconds (ms). The lower one's ping is, the lower the latency is and the less lag the player will experience.

The ms here is not about network ping.
