Didn't receive an email verification
When i was on hi-rez's website it says on the left my email is not yet verified, i clicked it to verify my email and i they said "Verification request was sent" and i got to my email and i got nothing, i did that yesterdy and still trying it right now, i contacted support and its not really helping me.

This might be a silly question, but are you checking your emails spam folder too, in case it got sent there by accident?

yes, i already checked that, nothing.

Are you able to log into the hirez website? You should be able to resend the validation email.

In addition have you made sure you typed your email correctly?

Yes i can login, and i clicked the verify email button yesterday until now, and my email is correct but on the end of my mail has a ".ph" but the one that i put in hirez has none, but i dont think thats needed right?
I'm not sure, have you tried using a different email? I reccomend Gmail the verification came almost instantly for me using Gmail.

well how i can i change my email without it verified?

You should have an option to change your email when you are on the selection to resend Verification email?

Support tickets take 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) I'm afraid you will not get a response until Friday.

I reccomend making a new account in the meantime.

Pretty much.

Nobody is in the office over the weekend so you won't get a response from support until Monday at the earliest.

last question, here on my country is Sunday so are they gonna help me by tomorrow which is Monday?
