what does topic has been locked mean?

seriously this happened on a post of mine. I'm sorry in "Why am I a dude in this game?" post was locked. I'd love to delete it, but I can't.

It means a Mod locked it and no further discussion can be made on the thread.

A topic that has been "Locked" means no more replies can be given by it by regular users.

Users who can reply are - Moderators, Officers, Developers.

A post will be locked if:

- Violates steam Code Of Conduct

- Violates Paladins rules

- Users are fighting

- Bumping

- Other (for other a moderator will always give a reason why your thread is locked.)

Bumping is leaving a meaningless comment so your thread is seen more.

For example: you make a thread recruitng for your clan nobody replies after a few days so you say "BUMP!" Your thread is then pushed to the top because it seems active.
