Even Pro`s saying Evie is broken and thats true, she has maybe a high skill level but that doesent change the fact.
Idk what they could do with evie but its first wormhole and heal when you blink card that makes her so strong, a possible nerf could be hit there, i dont think any of her abbilitys need a direct nerf
Drogoz is fine he is a Tankshred he does exactly this
Pip is fine too i play him sometimes mostly with 50k heal and above, and you cant change people to play him as pure support, no role in this Game is written in stone
i know they nerfed him but Nando could use a buff (but i think that will go aways with season 1 anyways because of talents)
Yea simple wrecker buff and Torvald are really hard hits for him, I am Main Tank and at this time preffer makoa over Nando depends on enemy Lineup
Torvald is really good his Q is a Strong impact in a Teamfight and he is fun to play... solo he is useless, but with a Ruckus gg

There's no actual champion that needs buffing or nerfing, it's how you play them.
You can see a Fernando Top Play (I have done one :^)) or a Evie or Viktor getting 0 kills and 18 deaths. It doesn't depend on the champion you are playing, it depends on the player. If the player is good, then obviously he will do good with almost any champion. If the player is ♥♥♥♥ (the kind of just installed this game 3 minutes ago), you don't expect him to top score as Viktor in his first match.
NO champion needs buffing or nerfing. Doing that, in my opinion, would just ruin the game and make some champions just very weak or too strong for even pros to fight against.
Evie needs nerf but not atm - since her skills are limited by server performance ... so she get killed after blink because there is additional dalay (same with Ying F)
Knockback needs some fix - CC resist is suposed to make it less effective but its actually random -sometimes makes you still fly far far away, and othertime it push you like 1m and that is all ...
Also (atleast some) loadouts cards could have negative stat per lvl like:
It don't have to make cards uselless but atm some cards are must have because they give way bigger boost than others...
Fernando:
+500 shield - 50hp
+125hp -250 shield
+5% additional cauterize on fireball +5% longer fireball CD
Evie:
+75 hp blink -2,5% blink dmg bonus
+1sec for second blink back -50hp
+50hp/s in iceblock +5% longer fly cd
Pip:
+10% Lifesteal against enemies slowed by Explosive Flask. -7,5% slow on Explosive Flask
BombKing:
-1sec CD Grumpy -5% Grumpy range
etc...
(there are some negative stats for cards which would be too op without it like Pip: Gain 12.5% Damage Reduction during Weightless, but attacking cancels Weightless. or Fernando +75hp/sec while shield -> but only up to 50% of his max hp)
I dislike going against Ruckus more than anyone else, even another Torvald.

You know what's worse than putting points into a skill to counter one character? Being dead because you didn't put points into a skill to counter a character.
