founder's pack not working

Purchased it via Steam successfully however when I open game It's not activated nor have I got any email code?

Whats the process? Is it just delayed or something wrong?

I think this issues happened when you buy the DLC from the steam store page instead from the in-game store. It didn't attach to your account. It happens to me too and I'm thinking of refunding my purchase from steam.

maybe try to contact steam support, I was immediately tried to refund mine in the same day it was bought and just few hours in paladin since.

Got my Steam refund and purchased pack via in game menu and worked fine!

I just bought the Founder's Pack, but whiile visiting the Paladins store page, they are hitting me with another DLC which is lot cheaper and has the same contents as the Founder's Pack. Why is this happening?
I have already bought the pack form within the gama, so what is with the DLC?
