It could just be that the EU servers are low quality as well
Ping is directly affected by distance between you and the server, along with server load, and connection quality. so in all, could just be a sucky server.
Then again, there could be a few servers for the EU region, so quality on one may not be as good as on another.

Also, doing a latency test will only tell you how well you connect to that specific server you are pinging. Google has a LOT of server clusters all over the world, and using it as a reference for a game that may only have a server on the east or west coast tells you almost nothing. If you want an accurate ping test, find the Paladin's server cluster and ping that address. (You'll probably find it online with a little research.)
SEA region is trash because my ping is stuck at 350 there.so I have to play on europe
Wish they'd switch to AWS or something large that's most likely to have decent routing for most of us.
