Not worth it, don't buy this game, it only runs with certain configurations and you might be wasting money as an idiot.

Don't gift your money to these lazy-ass developers, they deserve a punch on their face. They are just moneygrabbers, they have sold an unfinished product, a broken game, and they are soo greedy that they poke us dozens of dlcs to grab from us more and more money.

It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shame, seriously.

While i agree with most of what you said. If you checked the forums about people whose PCs don't handle this, you'd notice the vast majority of them are running the game on gtx series or/and with windows 7 64. Given how 2013 was a black year for nvidia drivers, since march at least, their drivers have been full of bugs, crashes and errors, i wouldn't be surprised nvidia was busy fixing those bugs instead of particular games problems like GRID2. I'm not saying codemasters isn't to blame to some extent, but i'm not that sure it's their fault 100% on this one.

Drifting works a lot better than in Grid 1, practise is everything.

Quite the opposite -- drifiting is not possible in Grid 2 because you cannot turn off assits.

No cockpit view hurt this game a lot. Prior to release I complained bitterly about that. And yet, I spent a lot of time playing Grid 2 this summer. Almost 40 hours to be precise.

Yeah, I wish there were a cockpit view. But man is this game fun. And really good looking maxed out.

Honestly, I had been hoping to see similar visuals in F1. But it didn't happen. I would recommend this game for those looking for a fun, single player racing experience. Not too arcadey. Not too simmy. A nice balance.

Price is definitely worth it.

i think i'll pass till the have a "complete" game+DLC package, too busy grinding away in GT6 since i missed the pre 1.01 gitch for making millions on the mercedes :((
Lastly i doubt MP will be as active as grid 1 was.With MP dead this game is 1/2 a game.

Yah, just found that out after I purchased this game for my birthday. Who removes features in a new version? You'd think it would be better. Graphics aren't any better, worse voice acting, and no cockpit view. Drifting isn't as good either. I sometimes wonder if they just release a new version to get some extra money going for new projects or to make their investors happy.
