Yes, but since its was a previous contract reward its only appear again on the market during certain times and currently the vehicle are on sell on the market for the next 3 days

Stryker ADATS
(technically a Canadian LAV that the Stryker was developed from,
the US never officially "type-classified" this multi-weapon turret on the US Stryker with a US M-designation number), and the US deemed the ADATS missile system ineffective.

if you have the battle coins in the Battle Coin Shop, it's 55,999 (all tier 9's price),
but until Thursday 04 Feb, it's for "sale" in the My.Games AW Store from the launcher:
$72.46 US$ for the Prime bundle,
