failed to connect to authorization server ?

i have a prob with this failed to connect to authorization server every time i'm starting the game and got to loading screen it say failed to connect and then show authorization please wait so i wait for like 2-3 hours and nothing happened any suggest or how to fix it ?


I HAVE A SOLUTION THAT"S WORK FOR ME

1.open My.Games GameCenter
2. press the button near play and then open game client folder
3.find the " user.cfg.default " change it to " user.cfg"
4 and then you can start the game

If you encountered problems with authorization (auth server error) after the last update. Please do the following steps:

1. Open the game client folder. (Pic 1 and Pic 2: https://imgur.com/a/x3rrprO)
2. Create a backup of the following files: “user”and ” user.cfg.default”
3. Delete following files: “user”and ” user.cfg.default”
4. Verify game files (Pic 1 and Pic 2: https://imgur.com/a/x3rrprO)
5. Open the game client folder. (Pic 1 and Pic 2: https://imgur.com/a/x3rrprO)
6. Rename “user.cfg.default” file to “user.cfg”
7. Start the game.
8. Send backup files to @Moderators or @STAFF
