Gold gekauft und kein Gold bekommen

Hallo an alle

Habe gestern 2 mal Gold in Amored Warfare gekauft über Steam die haben mir das Geld abgezogen habe aber kein Gold bekommen. War auch schon bei denen auf der Website und versucht ein Ticket zu erstellen das aber leider nicht geht. Wäre nett wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

no, back a long time. I had treated myself to a t6 prem tank as a money machine shortly after the start. I just wanted to point out that it can take a while. other than that I have little to complain about here. is finally f2p

We are currently investigating these cases, which is why I am asking. I don't consider this as complaining, especially since the paid items are not for free.
