Is anyone else getting message "login unavailable" on the my.com sign in page?

same here, "login unavailable". I ran test of game files/cache. Nothing changed. Still unavailable. Logged off, turned off computer, etc.. login still unavailable. Steam just refers to my.com for support.

My brother tried to log in via my.com but no luck either. The servers are down is my guess. I wish they post it on their log in page or on their forum.
