The vehicle feels similar to the MTLB-S8, but worse.
The main downside of the Pindad is the rockets have absolutely terrible velocity. Hitting anything on the move is an utter pain. While the rockets can deal good damage to most tanks in the game, especially fragile ones, just getting into effective firing range puts you at great risk, especially if you don't own a commander like Ophelia who can give you that life-saving shield, or a commander that can boost your health. More often than not you will need to fire a full salvo at an MBT to kill it or damage it heavily and even then some MBTs are resistant to HE rockets because they have lots of spaced armor. Your priority targets will typically be things at close range, tanks you can sneak up behind, tanks that have been immobilized or are moving slowly (in which case, fire away!) or squishy tanks.
You can scout fairly effectively in the Pindad, but you won't be able to hit anything if you are sitting back and spotting.
All in all it's more of something you take out once in a while for a spin, or for tier 8 specops or normal difficulty. It's very hard to get good results with the Pindad if you are not being very selective with your maps (close range maps are better) and you don't have things to extend your survivability (Ophelia, experimental rebuild kits from battalion contracts, etc)
The slow reload seems one of the main drawbacks. Is there any way to increase that, - other than by commander skills?
IF the tank has a loader you can put an energy drink in one of your consumable slots for a reload boost
