Vincent Girard - a better commander for Leclerc T4?

Would you say Vincent Girard is a better commander than Philipp Holzklau for the T4? I've been using P. Holsklau until now, (Lieutenant level). I'm wondering if it's worth investing 350,000-odd XP to buy Girard. If so, which skill path would you pick for him, to suit the Lec.T4?

its not possible to say, as its really down to your play style, all i can say is that girard favours slightly more "maverick" style & holzclau is more conservative.
also there is the issue that either commander could get buffed/nerfed....so

Vincent is better for tanks that needs reload boost, and aim time iirc, i use him on all my MBT but the Reload boost for bouncing shot and the aimtime boost should basically work well on the 490 for exemple but of course, he also work amazingly well with the french MBT, (with him, you can go to 5 second of reload with the Leclerc T9 and around 6.60s ~ for the Leclerc T4. Plus HP boost, and agility boost (turret traverse time and such))
