A game that didn't go well and couldn't keep the business going is not a scam, is just a game that didn't sell.
To say it sold poorly is a false assumption, the game has more than decent numbers, 17k followers and more than 10k copies sold approximately according to steamdb.
I'm not saying it's a Scam but it's an abandoned ware.
People paid for a product in early access and it was abandoned without even an explanation.
If I had a project someone bought into, I'd at least post some, any news at least once a month.
I second this as well. It is nearing the one year mark of last update report. Rather unfortunate that this is going to flop, but it's certainly a risk, and may encourage other developers to make a game that may compete or surpass this should they keep this genre starved.
