You COULD have mentioned that enabling the beta removes every other table from the game (except for that one free table), as well as your levels and ranks. Opting out again makes the game re-download 5+ GB of data – i sure hope WITH my old profile…

Good point that rotane brings up, the different Steam branch means new data and you'll have to switch between the two.
