Cabinet Activation Code

Hello,

I have been trying to obtain a Cabinet Mode Activation Code for a virtual cabinet I am building for over a month now. I have the cabinet running now and have purchased every table available for Pinball FX3. The tables work great so far, but the Cabinet Code would be appreciated. Just wondering if these cabinet codes are even still available and how long it takes to obtain one.

About once a week I have tried one of the following methods to get a code. I have filled out the Cabinet Code web request form multiple times. I have filled out the Zen ask a question web request form. I have sent an email directly to support. I even included a picture of my cabinet on the direct email to support as I see on many forums that this is usually asked for.

In all cases I have received no responses. I don't even know for sure that any requests actually went through. I have checked my Spam folder and there is nothing in it from Zen so its not going there. After a month I tried registering for the Zen forums to post this question there. However, I never received the email that the Zen forum was supposed to send to finish that forum activation so I cannot post there. Then I realized I could post here on the Pinball FX3 Steam Forum. So now I am giving this a shot.

If there is something else I need to do to obtain a code please let me know. If it really does take over a month then I would also like to know. At least then I would know the request was probably received and I just need to keep waiting.

Vertical display works right out of the box. Just set monitor to Portrait and FX3 should be ready for vertical play.

Cabinet mode adds DMD display to be movable to a separate display and to have a backglass image movable to a separate display.

lol thanks I didn't think about doing that cause FX2 allowed you to change it from the menu

Akos, I sent a request for the cab code and got the reply message to supply a picture. When I replied with the picture, I got a bounce back saying the user (I will not put the full email address here *****@zenstudios.com>: user unknown ) so I'm not sure it went through. How can I get this resolved?

Just set your screen to portrait in windows and start PFX3.

I thank you it works great with a single screen and it's great for cons I have three screen and without the code I can use them together.

I also sent an email for the activation but got no email back. What should I do? I got my TV Mount setup now for the Cabinet mode.

Anyone had any luck in obtaining a PAC code for their caninet recently? Sent my form through and also emailed support around 5 to 6 days ago and no reply.

I did the same about 3-4 days ago. I haven't heard anything back. Really wanted to give it a try on my monitor vertically.

I sent out the codes for everyone today, so it should be in your mailbox by now. If not, please check your spam folders - we have a growing suspicion that our replies with the codes end up there.

Ray I can confirm that my code went to the spam folder. Which is odd, because the first one went to the inbox.
