cabinet code how long does it take you to get this ..?

Hi guys how long does it take on average until you get the code ..?
a reply that I should send pictures of my V-pin came within half an hour ..!

but now since yesterday no reaction at all ..?


yesterday I bought on the Steam side a few tables for Pinball FX3 for my own built Virtual Flipper housing with three monitors ...

Mainly because there was enough e-mail to get the unlock code for the Cabinet functions ..!
So far so good I have to complain right after buying some! Mails written and received after the first mail pretty quickly an answer with the request but to send a few pictures of my Virtual pin to check that I am only a private user .... ???

Ok akso done !
and also in the meantime 3 times inquired but since then silent in the forest
no reaction since yesterday ..!


so I can not use the tables on my built main screen from my Cabinet without Code ..!

how long have you been waiting ..?

and the request is now out since 24h ...
(since yesterday)

so I ask so cautious because even after three e-mails yesterday afternoon
and today

I get no reaction more ...
what amazes me the demand for the pictures was synonymous right away ..?

This was the first and last reaction Yesterday... (13.22h Europe Time!)
I send the Pictures immediately
and since then, despite several mails no more reaction..:(

Not exactly customer friendly ..!? Have bought some tables and actually wanted to buy after test at the Cabinet more ..

I just filled in something like "I just want to mess around with the settings on my pc" , and got the code a day or two later.
I guess it takes a day or two for the person in charge of doing it to get around to actually do it. I guess the Williams pack 2 is high on the to-do list right now, this close to release.

I Install also FX3 on my 3 Monitor Cab and place DMD to my
third monitor ..

so far so good ...but also have the second DMD on the Playfield ..?


And if I turn off the dmd monitor in the settings is also the dmd turned off on monitor three.?

So have anyone a Solution..?

You do turn of the dmd in options, the dmd for cabinet should remain. Maybe it is under dmd position ( left right middle off?) Cant remember

Ok its options ( not cabinet options)>UI/Streaming>Dot Matrix Size =OFF
