How do you transfer Pinball FX2 DLC to Pinball FX3?
How do you transfer Pinball FX2 DLC that you have bought to Pinball FX3?

It should happen automatically for supported tables when you start FX3 steam version if you own the tables in FX2 steam version. If not you should contact zenstudios support.

Silly question before I even ask but is there any way to purchase FX2 tables now? The only option is VR. Do the VR tables have non-VR versions included or a way to play them that isn't VR? I really just want the South Park tables.

Unfortunately not, most of the tables weren't available from third party sellers so spare FX2 keys dried up quickly, though unused Humble Bundle codes do crop up occasionally.

FX2 VR is an entirely separate game with no cross-purchase functionality, the South Park tables were never released on that format. It really should have been called PFXVR to avoid confusion.
