I have login problems too. I created ARC account using my facebook, but password is not known in PWI. And If you log in to ARC, there's no option to change password

How to create a character?

There is no option to create a character upon logging in. Only a perfect world background. No other option

Can't see a "create" button. I complete my DL with steam. I created log in in Arc. And whe i Log in in steam all i can see is a PW background and there is no create button. Support Team update the steam creation.

sadly its 2019 and problem is still going on :( I tried to play, it allowed me to dl through ARC but can't sign in to play

I was able to get this to work by going into the arc app and hitting the settings icon by the pwi play button. I then selected advanced settings > and checked 64 bit under game client. Now it works no problem.
