Perfect world Game not updating through client?

Hello, long story short. I had PWI on steam a bit back, PC broke and now i have a new one. I have downloaded it through steam again, the client seems fine etc but when i am updating i have gotten about 2/3rds the way through and it is either super slow or does not update past there. Would anyone know why? i have read a few in this discussion that its been taken off?

change the update server to number 2 or the second option...
