меня пугает что будет как в начале лета когда никто подцепиться не мог и у большинства базы рухнули. Не хочу минивайпа!
if you dont have the DLC, you will not have access to the map. so what if you decide to make it a public server. will it still be the case? that noone can join said server unless they pay for the DLC? also do you actualy destroy your possible old map server if you had one, or pay to manage a whole second server because you bought the DLC?
another question from a PC player perspective. so there are speculations that modders wont be able to mess with the new map. But I can be sure that majority of the time people play this game because of the mods. why releasing such update with so many restrictions and expect to make a honest profit from it? whats the point of buying a DLC if Im going to use a public server? Funcom please think. About your players first and about how smart you take decisions when it comes to making a honest and decent profit.
make the map free and make us pay for the cosmetics like you always do. youre still making money because your playerbase will buy the cosmetics. Age of Calamitous did a portal into another location. why couldnt you just do the same? a regular modder makes the game 10x better than the entire company combined and their product is completely free to use
