So, let me shine a bit of a light on what's going on here.
1: "Please play our game and tell your friends to play while it's free this week."
2: "Please watch people stream the game for in-game rewards."
Many gamers don't watch and play at the same time. Bandwidth issues, single-monitor, other limitations. Asking people to devote 2 hours per day to watching a game while also devoting time to play is a bit... disconnected from reality. So why would Funcom be doing this? Numbers, metrics. They want to artificially bolster their numbers on Twitch and Steam to make their game look more popular than it normally/really is. This combined with the launcher being re-added to the game just oozes advertising to investors. Funcom is trying to position its successful IP to butter-up an investor. Whether that investor is pre-existing or not is unknown. With Tencent owning majority share in company stocks right now, it's hard to tell whether or not Funcom is positioning itself for investment or to be sold. Either way, odds aren't good that existing Conan Exiles players won't be screwed over by what's to come.

I know what you're going through, I hate Twitch, Discord, Reddit, etc ... but Twitch I hate from the bottom of my soul and I made this sacrifice to earn the items and help a friend who's been trying to grow in followers for some time. Twitch, but I am seriously thinking about giving up on this poorly organized event by Funcom, until the moment I’m writing this message I didn’t receive the items from the first day and honestly I’ve already lost hope of receiving them, this is undoubtedly the worst event that I've participated in my entire life, not only me but many players have been tolerating this excess of disorganization and lack of ability to perform a competent Funcom job for three years, but patience has a limit and mine with Funcom has ended a long time ago .

Same problem for me, so i guess there are issues with this like most other funcom new releace things.
I use Chrome, i wonder if i have to install the crappy windows thingy-browser to get it working.
Might be my addblocker or some other issue, i play on pc.
I stopped my addblocker, that didnt hlp.
P.S: I am runninng in inactive cookies mode, they are disabled and get auto deleted when i close chrome.

For anyone else having this issue, make sure that your Steam Overlay is functioning and that you have it enabled in-game. For some stupendously idiotic reason—surprise!—their current implementation of Twitch linking is entirely dependent upon steam-framework-generated codes that they have stupidly opted to unnecessarily obfuscate. If your Overlay is working but nothing seems to be happening, try opening the Overlay manually while in the game menu; the webpage may still be opened in the Steam browser even if the Overlay failed to open it automatically. If that fails, try logging in to Twitch with the intended link-account from an external browser and select "remember this computer for 30 days" (as recalled from memory - you'll see what I mean), then restart the game and try again (again checking the Overlay manually if it doesn't automatically launch when it should).

In case anybody more knowledgeable than I regarding Steam framework intermediaries—*COUGH, Funcom?—wants to let folks know how to determine/generate the necessary client id and auth strings so they can Twitch link entirely from an external browser, here's the actual URL opened by the Steam Browser from within the game client that begins the Twitch linking process:

Unfortunately, the "connect.conanexiles.com" domain seems at a glance to be useless without also passing the required strings. :poop:

Thats why i couldnt get my conan to link with twich, a really dumb error and took me ½ a day to figure out.

Today, twitch drops not working.

So, if I don't have a Thot...err...Twitch Account, I can't get this stuff? Why would I spend money or time on a game that does things this way? It's one thing to have an Early Access suit like the Royal Armor...it's another to reward Twitch viewers (which is mostly hot tub thots) and only Twitch viewers.

Not inspiring to me or my wallet...
