What happened with the challenges?

Can you no longer re-roll challenges you don't want to/can't complete? And do you not get daily XP boosts anymore?

Also seems like you can't complete them in a singleplayer save anymore. If that's actually the case, what the ♥♥♥♥ was Capcom thinking?

Go into creative/admin mode and make a bunch of a dragon bone arrows with feathers and dragon bones. I used 3 carpenters benches and just set them to run with the top 3 rows filled with dragon bones and the bottom filled with feathers. You can get about 9 levels a day doing this in about 8 minutes. You'll be finished before the update. The Dragon bone recipes is in the sinkhole, just Teleport there on admin mode. Once your done delete everything.

At this stage there is no point doing it for 'fun' if its stressing you out. Just finish it so you can get the content.

What are you talking about? How does crafting arrows have anything to do with challenges?

Crafting arrows is just a way to bypass challenges for battlepass xp. You can reach your daily xp cap pretty easily crafting dragon bone arrows.

As for the challenges themselves, isn't the battlepass going away with Age of Heroes? If so, the challenges serve no purpose. I don't think they were particularly popular to begin with in any event because they were basically seen more as daily chores. Or rather, weekly chores since they were changed to weekly challenges.

I didn't even know they were changed to weekly challenges, last time I played it was daily and the only way to get pass XP was from the challenges.

I haven't seen anything about the battle pass going away either but I haven't been following the game properly for a long time so I don't know if I just missed it.

I took a break for a while as well, but I'm pretty sure that it was the last chapter where they were changed to weekly challenges.

Battle pass xp was also changed so you get it for doing basically anything now, but in order to stop people from just blasting through the thing in a couple of hours, they also added a daily battle pass xp cap. You can still complete the battle pass in less than a week if you hit the cap each day though.

As for the battle pass going away, it's mentioned in a blog post where they talk about changing the cadence of content releases from three months to six months.
