Is This The Most Toxic Community Ever

I've only played on PvP servers and in those servers I have encountered the most toxic play base I have ever played with on any game in my 30 years playing games online. The level of lying, trash talk, and people even bringing in game drama into the real world is just crazy. I recently had this one guy 'BigLos187' who I played with years ago come into the server I was in pretending to be a woman, and then lie to everyone saying I raided his base. Which I didn't. But everyone believed I raided some T1 noob and turned against me.

Very much done with this game and the entire community. I know I'm not alone in my experience, people take a silly game that supposed to be fun and turn it into their personal tool for bullying.

I recommend sticking to community servers which have dedicated moderators. It's really fun when you play with decent people, but this entire genre attracts the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people for its PvP and they spill over into PvE official too.

No, let some one manipulate you because YOU think they are a woman is pretty rich.

"It's really a toxic cease pool of humanity." I think that is an accurate description of PVP on most all games. If I want to PVP I'll play a BR.

I don't get it. If you don't like PVP, why do you play on a pvp-server? Bullying is the main feature of pvp-servers. at last to my experience...

I also don't recommend to play on official servers. Just because the game is destinated for mods. And official servers don't have use mods...

At least for me and a lot of other people that are builders it’s because pve is overflowing with solos or duos building massive bases everywhere. Especially when 80% of them aren’t even active. They just login to maintain the decay timer.

This results in unnecessary server lag and then theirs always the troll that tries to steal your boss kill loot and etc. The golems auto harvesting doesn’t help either so people that are always offline are still getting resources when a player comes within the vicinity of the golem.

Bottom line it’s a lot of needless unnecessary lag in pve/pve-c

if they want to make a 2 square base, they can do it on single player, and take pics, to stroke off to

The guy was pretending to be a woman in the server I was in. Not sure how I could have phrase that better.

The best times I've had in Conan were on a small private server with 2-4 of us, all in the same clan, all working together.

The worst times were on a public PVP server where a cheat showed up to destroy everyone's hard work over a matter of days. E.g. clipping inside bases to steal everything outside of PVP hours, invulnerability, permanent flying, invulnerable thralls ... the lot.

If you think this is toxic then i am guessing you never play games like COD, fortnite or any of those types of games. Or Blizzard, have you played a blizzard game online lol.

If you think Exiles have the most toxic player base ever, you haven't played Age of Conan then, back in it's glorious pvp days of Fury/Rage (or even Wildsoul back at release) at mini games (Hallowed Vaults), guild sieges 100v100, or Khesatta ganks zergs.

what improved is when the ping requirements those people were more toxic than you can imagine

OK, by now you have read all the replies to your post so now I have to ask the question:
If you don't like "toxic" players why the hell are you playing on PVP.

It is Player Versus Player, not cuddly White Rabbit v Cuddly Brown Fawn.
Everyone in the game is out to kill you and/or steal all your possessions. That is the goal of the game. How toxic can you get.
Are you saying you are quite happy to be killed and/or all your possessions stolen, as long as they talk nicely to you. There is no chivalry in PvP.


Sorry but no handkerchief from me. You made your bed, now lie in it. You have the option to leave anytime you like. If the heat is too hot, get out of the kitchen.
