Are servers down?

I play on Official PVE 1728 But cant seem to load in even though the bar is full are servers down?

Several servers are having issues, Started last night.

Could be because of Steam maintenance - every Tuesday @ approx 6pm EST

That is normal server restarts, they used to give you a 10, 5, and 1 minute warning they were going down, now though

I've looked and the servers having issues at that time; and were down for a day, are sequential, so I'm theorizing a bad serve blade{?}.
