1) You can use a Map Room and teleport to various obelisks on the map.
You have to learn the knowledge for Map Room first, and also attune your bracelet to those obelisks.
2) You can do it with Console Commands,
The Conan Wiki has a list of Console Commands, or do a browser search on how to do it.
3) In SP, or on your own Server, make yourself Admin.
As Administrator:
When viewing your Map, place the Map Target over where you want to go on your Map, and then hit the appropriate key. It might be the C key, but not sure.
I've been using a Controller for so long I don't remember what one it is.
On a Controller it is:
Triangle for PS Controller
Y for Xbox controller
Hope this helps!
I've found the same problem in the Siptah map as well.
However, this requires first finishing the spellbook (15 pages iirc), which involves a LOT of fetching random things, then manually travelling to where you want to teleport to and building a transport stone, and then activating it before you can use it to teleport to other stones (so you need at least 2 before you can go anywhere with them).
Add to that the fact that, when used, they add both corruption and an effect that stops you from easily removing it, and you can see why most people ignore these things and just use admin commands and / or the map room instead. I totally get why you'd restrict fast-travel this much on multiplayer servers, but for solo play it makes no sense.
Oh yeah, I forgot about that method. :)
I stopped using it a for the exact reason you stated: "they add both corruption and an effect that stops you from easily removing it"
Got tired of running around looking like one of the Sorcerers. :D
Apart from the Armour Illusion on the Thaumaturgy Bench I don't usually bother with the sorcery.
I have seen players build a circular base for the Transport Stone, and then fit a ceiling with a dancer on top.
There is spell to conceal visual effects of corruption, so you still look normal. Though when it comes to travel, sometimes it's just easier to summon demon bat and fly towards place you want.
There are no ingame mechanics or mods that I know of to move a base to a new location. I've been playing since 2019. I have built bases all over the map during that time.
Initially it seems a heart-breaking sin to demolish a base, but when you discover a better location 'tis better to demolish the old and move everything to the new.
If you have a travel system set up (either vanilla or by mods) it doesn't take long to move all your goodies to the 'new house'.
You can still keep the remnants of the old base as a stop over point. ie temp storage.
