Isle of Siptah gives you a new map to play on and a new single-player save separate from your Exiled Lands one.
The rest of the DLCs have some cool stuff. Not gonna name them all, but you can build horse stables, arenas, a stage, tree platforms or statues of Conan. They all have their own armors as well.
On sale these DLCs are very much worth it if you're into building and want more variety.
The workshop also has some cool mods, but really you can mess with that later if you want to spice up your game.
Iffy on Siptah, the map has needed a good redo/optimization for quite a while,
