i just started the game and i have a quick question, how can we sleep to get through the night? because I did not manage to find

Right, maybe you are thinking of something like a Skyrim sleeping system or something. But Conan doesn't have that. If you dislike nighttime, you can adjust the server settings to have very short night cycles.

or use one of the many items that gives you night vision
