The firewall that comes with Windows 10, which is the most likely source of your issue, defaults to blocking peer-to-peer connections at higher security settings.
Temporarily disable Windows firewall and see if you can play co-op. If this does NOT fix the issue, check your router and then check your antivirus logs. It's likely that disabling Windows firewall will allow you to play co-op with your friends.
Eventually, rather than simply disabling Windows security firewall, you should really go into the activity log, identify your friends, and whitelist them. Then re-enable the firewall.
Tried disabling firewall, tried changing the UDP and TCP rules as well and neither worked.
Nope, for whatever reason it's just me. I'm using Win 10, PC requirements are well met, TCP and UDP rules seem fine, punkbuster is on, no interference from the firewall, we're all on the same steam version. No clue
