Do the DLC's ever go on sale?

Yes, but very rarely. Check during the Holidays, they usually go on sale individually, you may have to actually click on the Steam Conan Exiles Store page to see the sale though.

No problem, another thing, if you add the dlc's (not the game) to your wishlist and enable notifications, you'll get an email/alert when those dlc's do go on sale. best way to catch the sales imo.

Unless I'm missing something it looks like the Isle of Siptah has been on sale 5 times this year according to steamdb. So has Riders of Hyboria. I would assume the rest have also been on sale 5 times in 10 months as well.

I don't think I would call sales occurring every two months (on average) rare.
