Eye of the Demon not working

If you go to Admin (not sure how to get it in game) and type in Eye, several eyes pop up in the list one of which is the abyssal eye. The others however are the Eye of the Demon, wolf, wight and Reptile. If you consume them you get a feat under the Orb of Nergel which is suppose to allow you to change the color of the eyes (or at least thats how i've interpretted it). But when i go to the eye of nergel, the new colors are never there.

Anyone know how to get this working or.... If its a functional game feature?

I've experienced the same problem. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or if it's not implemented yet.
