You are not alone with this bug. Many have had, and are still having this same problem.
This work-around is from someone else's post. I have not tried it myself, it is a suggestion only.
"While on the relevant Journey, access the console (`~ key) and type JourneyCompleteStepForCurrent. It should complete the step and move onto the next one, and considering that's the last step in Thrall Taker, it will finish the Journey".
You did nothing wrong. You followed all the journey steps. Because of yet another Funcom mess up you were cheated out of a bona-fide reward.
The work-around is not cheating. It just gives you the reward that you honestly earned.
When I bought the game 5 yrs ago I bought all the DLC's at the same time (game + DLC bundle was on sale at the time).
I love the DLC's. Perhaps in the future a Funcom accountant will wake up and smell the Silver Dollar flower and the tell the decision makers to bring back DLC's.
I was happy to see the back end of the last Battle Pass version. The previous wasn't perfect, but there were greater rewards. Let us not forget everything in the BP was cosmetic.
Imo that was Funcoms downfall for the BP. If the rewards gave the equivalent of a Legendary Weapon for example, there would have been a far greater interest from players.
They could have had one weapon/armour piece of a new 'Legendary Faction' as a reward in the BP, the rest of the set could be bought in the Bazzar.
Give the player a repairable Legendary Weapon/Armour piece, and human nature says the player will want more.
Funcom threw a golden egg on the compost heap.
Are you saying that it did not complete the Journey.

Fat chance of that, the ultimate decision makers at Funcom are TenCent. Its no surprise that the Battle Pass, the Bazaar, and the "Ages" all started coming out shortly after Funcom was bought by TenCent. At this point I just hope another studio, a better studio, will make a very similar game.
