https://conanexiles.fandom.com/wiki/Server_Configuration#Day_/_Night_Cycle
Day Cycle: 1.0
Daylight Cycle: 0.5
Nighttime Cycle: 0.2
Dawn/Dusk Cycle: 0.3
Give that a try.
So your nights are a bit longer than the days, right? Is there a reason for that?
I'm sure you noticed how short the night cycle is with all settings at default of 1.0.
The night doesn't really have a chance to be what it is meant to be.
These settings allow for the night to be dark which is pretty much the way it really is (or at least should be).
You may be right about night being a bit longer than the day in the way I have it set up.
However:
An important setting that balances those out is the Dawn/Dusk cycle which blurs that time difference and assists in the perception that both night and day are about the same length of time. The Dawn/Dusk Cycle provides for a very smooth transition between them (being neither too long or too short).
The only reason I have for setting it that way is so the total of Daylight, Nighttime and Dawn/Dusk cycles add up to the Day Cycle default numerical value of 1.0.
It's not written in stone but it works for me and it's a satisfying result of experimenting with the settings.
