PC, Nudity Set to Full, but greyed out on character create

So I set the main settings to full, go into a single player game and its still greyed out. Any ideas?

if you make a custom game or go to server in options. in the first list if you scroll down you activate it there.

So I click start new Single player game. The first thing that comes up is the character create screen. I see the drop down Non Partial or Full. I select Full but the Endowment stays greyed out. I dont see where else I can set it other than when I create a new game and I have already preset it to full on the main menu gameplay options too. But then after exiting the failed attempt game, I go back to main menu and its defaulted back to NONE. Really annoying me now as I am picking it everywhere I get given the option but it doesnt seem to apply.

You have to enable it in server settings also, even if you are playing single player game.

amazing how many peeps can't seem to find nude settings in this game =D they clearly state all the options.
tons of threads on this steam forum too already, 2 mins search work and you would have bin playing with them tities already.

You set the nudity level you want in the 'Server' tab, then you have to set it as well in the 'Game-play' tab.
