Cannot figure out how to get into the old black ice fortress near the ruins of X'chotI

I recently started playing the Isle of Siptah. I started exploring the Ruins of X'chotl. I found a black Ice style fortress full of enemies called the Remnants of X'chotl, but every time I try to open any of the doors it just says "you don't own this". I am not sure if this is a bug or if there is something I have to do to gain access to the fortress. I tried to search for any information but I have found very little. I am playing in single player.

That place is the same as Al-Merayah in the exile lands, you raid the place.

LOL. Use bombs, or a treb. You can't just dance your way in.
