kill thralls in sepermeru
Is there a problem with killing neutral Sepermeru thralls? I want to get some craftsmen.

On the other hand, if I kill thralls in Sepermeru, will the purge count start? or does Sepermeru not have a purge?

Not aware of a purge count in Sepermeru. The purge was redesigned in age of war and you have to declare your wealth to trigger it.

not really, I recently started killing thralls in the fortress between H7-G7, and when I returned to my base, there was an army of stygians at my door, so there is still a purge count if you kill thralls

There isn't. Purges are purerly bound to treasury mechanic now, could you describe situation more for more context? Also where is your base?

Purge was redesigned.

Even before the redesign, killing people in Sepermeru would never fuel up the bar considerably, you wouldnt have gotten a purge within a hour of farming and killing thralls.

Anyways. You are safe to kill Thralls in Sepermeru as I said. The purge is now triggered by hand when using a treasurer and their coffer after they were built.
The fort of Al Merayah is another "part" of the redesign.
If you attack there THEN they will go to your base. That is one thing.

You can purge or not using the treasure chest and that does not have any counter, either in counter as in counter act or as in counting down to some action.

Sepermeru guys have nothing to do with either.

ok, My base was in H4, and calling it a "base" is a bit much, because it was just a sandstorm structure and some outdoor work tables... The point is that I needed heavy leather, so I went to the area. of the elephants and rhinos to collect it, by accident, I got too close to the fortress and one of the stygian warriors attacked me, when I killed him, I realized that he gave me a hardened steel weapon, so I thought it would be good idea to kill several of them to take their weapons... I killed maybe 10 or 15, and when I returned to my "base", there was an army of these guys at my door, they killed me, they killed my companion, and when I respawned inside my house, they were still at my door without letting me out T_T

that happened, and someone told me that this was a purge generated by the farming of thralls in the fortress

As other person (Estevan Valladares) said those attacks occur when you attack this fortress, but those are not purges. Just retaliation attacks that are much shorter than actual purges, but potentialy harder as they are always commenced by guys from the fortress so they are quite strong

Well, whoever that was was wrong. You killing guards (or whoever) in Sepermeru was unrelated to whatever happened at your base. Likely what you got was a random spawn invasion (usually there's some sort of obvious effect in the sky). Those events happen at random around the map, likely your base was just close to a spawn point for one.

Do be aware, there are a LOT of chests in Sepermeru, you can just stroll around and open most of them and take whatever you want.

These days Purges are triggered by the player. You have to have a Coffer set up, and you have to fill it with gold (and various other minor treasures. Some treasures can be placed on the ground near the Coffer (and the Accountant), you MUST hold the treasure, and then left-click to place it (and then check with the Accountant to see if it's been registered). If you just drop the item, it will NOT be registered and will eventually despawn.

If you want a Purge, then talk to the Accountant and Declare your wealth, that'll trigger a Purge.

I STRONGLY recommend that you not do that at your primary base. Build a separate Purge base somewhere that's NOT near your crafting tables and key crafting Thralls.

You can control the strength of the Purge by adding (or removing) gold and treasure from the Coffer.
