Can't knock out named thrall

So I've been trying to capture my first name Thrall: Khayne the Seeker. I've gotten four thralls through rescuing from cages but this is my first capture. She doesn't spawn every time in this spot, but about 1/4 times. I've killed her twice trying to knock her out, and she has killed me about 6 times. Because I'm new, I kept looking for the knockout bar but didn't see one. I went on line and read quite a few posts on a bug where the knockout bar doesn't show, and the npc can't be knocked out. This bug is almost two years old. The only fix I found was turn off mods and go into admin panel and reset to defaults. I don't have any mods installed, but I have changed the day/night cycle, so I reset to default. I quit the game and restarted. Still no bar. I finally tried another npc and there was a bar, so I tried on a bunch and every one has a knockout bar except this one npc. So I went into admin and tried to spawn her, but she's not in the list. I tried googling her, but not one reference to her. Any info or suggestions would be helpful. I've wasted a ton of time on this. Below are a location shot and a shot of her.

Khayne cannot be thralled.

No bug.

Any explanation for this? Crazy that searching her by name shows up nothing.

She's a mini-boss with special drops, not a thrall. There are a number of npc's like this on Siptah, including jailors. They prevent you and your thrall knocking out an entire camp and then choosing the thralls you want. Some thralls you have to fight.

Hit a thrall to see it's health bar, if it has one or more skulls on it then that thrall is not tameable.
Thralls and monsters with one skull are mini bosses, and the ones with three skulls are boss level monsters.

Sheesh! I get it now. The crazy thing is this was literally my very first attempt at knocking out an NPC, so I had no prior experience to draw from. I did all kinds of searches on google to try and find an explanation. I would have loved finding one simple sentence yesterday: "Some named NPCs cannot be tamed." or "mini bosses are not considered thralls and cannot be tamed.". She did drop an epic pair of boots one of the times I killed her, so I guess I can say my four hours of time yesterday was to get a nice pair of boots. : P
