Cooked Pork Rinds 🐖
Someone on my server told me to use cooked rinds for better dmg. How do I use it effectively?

Also, is there any food guide for thrall taming (0–20)?

Thanks. 🙂

According to the wiki, pork rinds give a 25% damage buff where every other food gives 10%. So pretty much what you'd want to do is give them one pork rind for the buff, then a stack of a better healing food for while they are following for as long as the buff lasts. Although while you're leveling them you might also wish to take into consideration which attribute is getting the level up bonus.

Personally I pretty much just put a stack of whatever food I want them using in their inventory while they're following me and call it good. I play single player though, so I don't have to worry as much about it all spoiling when I'm not playing.

As for what foods do what, I just look it up in the wiki when I need to.

Ambrosia, made at Mitra altars, can be a decent choice as a health food for thralls. It offers decent if not the best healing properties and unlike almost every other food does not go off, so you can leave a stack in the inventory of a thrall and it'll be there whenever they need it.
